The Senior Manager, COE for Global Planning is an ERP and Planning expert with a passion for business transformations to bring the organisation to best-in-class policies and procedures. The role requires hands-on leadership to develop and mature a team through the implementation of SAP Hana and IBP globally. The Senior Manager, COE for Global Planning must consider global operations and be able to manage a remote, geographically dispersed team.

The Senior Manager, COE for Global Planning uses extensive Supply Chain business knowledge at domain level to drive change management and business adoption of technologies. He/She performs analysis of cross-functional and complex business requirements. Designs complex cross-functional solutions for IT partners to construct and deliver. Demonstrates broad technical leadership, exerts influence outside of immediate team and drives change. Integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and customers. He/She consults with team members and other organizations, customer and vendors on complex issues. Stays abreast of the industry leading practices in Supply Chain and pursues professional relationships inside and outside the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements across all functions
- Define downstream systems data requirements Architects solution
- Leads and solution architects key supply chain processes spread across Demand Planning, Inventory & Supply Planning
- Effectively engages with IT delivery partners and implements industry standard solutions
- Drive business change within the organisation to adhere to new ways of working
- Communicate project objectives at critical junctions to obtain buy-in from all stakeholders
- Guide alignment of information management between systems
- Support the implementation of new information designs into systems
- Recommend innovative solutions to increase BOM management efficiency
- Communicate the design and recommendations to stakeholders Process and Data adherence
- Define process adherence metrics
- Setup process adherence dashboards
- Monitor and report performance against KPIs
- Define and Implement corrective actions when required
- Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members
- Support the development of the team for hard and soft skills
- Organize trainings and knowledge transfers

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in SAP PP with SAP ERP implementation and deployment
- Strong in business processes & technical skills (configuration and functional design)
- Strong knowledge in Procure-to-Pay processes, MM, Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling including S&OP, Demand Management, Forecasting, MPS, MRP, Shop Floor Control.
- Must have extensive hands-on experience in advance supply chain planning and production scheduling solution, such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle, etc.
- Must have extensive hands-on experiences in project methodologies & implementation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact at all levels of the organisation
