**Key Responsibilities**:
The **Warehouse Operations Associate **will be the key contact point of inbound sales, which involves orders processing, coordinating deliveries, inventory and sales orders analysis/reporting.

**Job description**:

- Waving orders daily, ensuring all orders are checked and handed over to 3PL within SLA.
- Handle the Scale Inventory system, ensuring that the physical stock and records in the system are accounted for, and undertake investigation when there are discrepancies, when necessary.
- Bi-monthly ordering of packaging materials, constantly checking and updating the utilization of packaging materials records.
- Raise the PO for packing materials.
- Liaison and follow up with KAM regarding urgent shipment, eg 3PL, Lalamove
- Manually creating AWB for urgent orders in 3PL system.
- Liaison with Customer Service bi-monthly, monthly checking of 3PL delivery and ensure that status updated to delivered timely in our OMS.
- Constantly checking on any request from Customer Service, ie, wrongly delivered items or exchange items.
- Raising tickets (when there’s any issues) in system and following up closely until its closed.
- Bi-monthly checks on inventory for returns and damage via shared google sheet.
- Ensuring all expiring stocks are alerted to KAM timely.
- Submit clearance if there’s a need for visitor to visit the warehouse
- Assist in process improvement such as cost analysis, tracking and reporting
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required

**Key Qualifications**
- Diploma in any discipline
- Good customer service skill
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Conversant in MS Excel
- Knowledge or experience logistics/supply chain
