Meet and greet all walk-in customers as soon as they arrive.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Interact professionally with all customers to ensure customer care and satisfaction and to offer assistance where necessary.
- Record daily showroom lead traffic and assign to Sales Consultant accordingly.
- Accountable for showroom, demonstration and Company vehicles.
- Perform clerical receptionist duties such as cashiers, filing, photocopying, compile reports and plan rosters.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Daily preparation for showroom for business (music, TV, upkeep accuracy of price list, specification sheet) and replenish point of sales and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with internal and external customers for operation matters.
- Active selling of parts, accessories, merchandising and lifestyle products to customers who visit the showroom.
- Introduce and explain information such as features, advantages, benefits and technical information of Motorrad lifestyle merchandise and accessories to customers, especially during the sales process.
- Provide of quotations and coordinate sales of Motorrad lifestyle and accessories to customers.
- Actively follow up on sales and product enquiries with regard to lifestyle and accessories sales.
- Responsible for the replenishment of accessories and lifestyle products in the sales area or shop.
- Presentation of accessories and lifestyle products in the sales area or shop and ensure that it is accordance to Motorrad Corporate Identity.
- Preparation of all-inclusive price offers in consultation with the sales and aftersales department.
- Furnishing and updating of sales literature and price tags.
- Responsibility for proper billing and parts issuing.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in relevant fields
- Has strong passion and excellent in customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machine and printers).
- Multitasking and time-management skills, meticulous with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Being resourceful and proactive for all ad-hoc matters.
