[What the role is]

This position is in the School of Business which offers the Diploma in Accountancy and Finance.

[ **What you will be working on **]
- Conduct and deliver lessons to full-time diploma students and part-time adult learners
- Design, prepare and develop teaching and learning materials as well as to set and mark assessments
- Support development of modules accountancy and/or finance related modules, including in Sustainability or Fintech areas
- Support the school’s strategic initiatives through participation in committee work, student developmental activities, events and competitions
- Plan, develop and conduct customized workshops to adult learners

For Senior Lecturer, additional responsibilities include:

- Lead academic programmes in relevant areas as identified by the School
- Lead the development, review and enhancement of current and new programmes
- Drive industry projects and manage a team of lecturers and students to ensure project goals are met and students’ learning is achieved.
- Take on leadership committee roles

[ **What we are looking for **]
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business or related discipline or holders of professional qualification such as CFA, CA, ACCA, ICAEW
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Have a passion for developing talents and enjoy working with youths and adult learners
- Should preferably be competent to teach in one or more of the following areas: Advanced Accounting / Fintech / Investment / Sustainable Finance / Sustainability Reporting
