- Provide full spectrum of support to the Director and her family members
- Manage day to day operations of the household, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Involve in the children’s learning plans and school work, includes coaching to complete the daily tasks
- Be the main point of contact for the children’s school and classes
- Pick up the children to/ from school or learning centres
- Plan and execute family activities, including helper/driver management, children’s activities and overseas travel arrangements if required
- Handle any adhoc duties professionally and efficiently

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Family Personal Assistant
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Nurturing disposition with patience and passion in working with children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised and meticulous
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates during daily communication
