**About the Job**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, manage, and execute market research and consulting projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and expert networks to align project deliverables.
- Oversee data collection, validation, and analysis processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information provided by experts.
- Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve project efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery within agreed deadlines.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree of any specialisation.
- **Minimum of 2 years of experience**in a project operations role within market research or an expert network firm is welcome to apply.
- Extroverted and proactive with strong project management and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Japanese Speaking is mandatory due to stakeholders’ management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
