Job Responsibilities:

- Implement the SOP from sales department.
- Receive POA (power of attorney) from customers, pre-check the documents and pass them to local agents to declare customs.
- Coordinate with local agents, trace and operate shipments, help customers to solve problems to keep our customer service procedure smoothly.
- Check cost, print pre-alert, open and close file.
- Prepare billing statement, daily report, and monitor KPI if necessary.
- Receive pre-alert receipt from overseas agents and forward pre-alert to customer service executive.
- Key in all of import shipment information into operation system.
- Retrieve Consol Pouch and de-consolidate the Consol Pouch, print and distribute arrival notice to consignee on time.
- Distribute local cost invoice to customer service.
- Distribute job files to customer service executive after arrival.
- Book freight cost and reserve freight income.
- Reserve P/S income.
- Check with overseas for missing invoice.
- Key in all import accounting information into operation system such as reserve freight income, reserve P/S income, book freight cost.
- Issue freight and destination charge and close freight income reserve.
- Book destination cost and destination P/S income and close destination P/S income reserve.
- Book overseas P/S and close overseas P/S income reserve.
- Check missing profit share and incorrect loss share.
- Any other additional tasks and duties required by superior.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience preferably in a freight forwarding industry.
- Possess high initiative with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude and must be a good team player in a fast paced environment.
- High attention to detail who is meticulous and efficient.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
