This person will report to a manager in the management team.

**【What you will be working on】**

**Job scope**:

- Ensure continual supply of products and shipment on time in full by managing daily operations
- Proactively flag out potential risks and propose mitigation solutions
- Manage 3PL to ensure operational performance are in accordance to SOPs and KPIs
- Support global sourcing offices in Philippine and Indonesia functional teams based at SG headquarters
- Train and promote the supply chain/logistics initiatives to wider cross-functional teams
- Streamline current operational workflow and provide recommendations to leadership team with supporting statistics and analysis reports for continuous improvement
- Identify cost efficiency opportunities through analysis of current
- Prepare, build and analyze various logistics related reports with recommendation for management review and sustainability

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline
- Ability to communicate in require language to liaise with the speaking counterparts based in Philippine and Indonesia
- Familiar with Microsoft Office with strong knowledge in Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP) is a plus
- Willingness to learn, able to adapt in fast-paced environment
- **Prior experience in arranging air,sea & land freight shipments from different origins to SG markets is required**:

- **High level of independency to function as a sole contributor in Singapore office
