Sales Proposal Specialist

Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible to cover Asia Pacific (APAC) region on Grid Automation product and Services offering.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop proposals; Review and analyze of customer's specification, co-ordinate with project team and Technical Application Engine to identify the suitable products, solutions, services based on customer's requirement and offer preparation in line with company policy and tools (owner of the offer process) and offer preparation to customers. May negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing.
- Perform risk and opportunity analysis
- Attend site survey and tender clarification with customer as and when required.
- Co-ordinate and support sales team when required.
- Preparation of documents for hand over and review with operation team after securing jobs.
- Keeping the tendering folder organized with latest submission and ensure data and documentation are complete and up to date
- Comply with EHS and Quality Procedures and Processes
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Resolves issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years experience in bid management
- Previous experience in electrical system, protection and control would be advantageous
