We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our growing analytics team. This role goes beyond modeling—you’ll play a critical part in transforming data into business outcomes by partnering with stakeholders, designing scalable solutions in cloud-based environments, and leveraging platforms like Snowflake.

You’ll have the autonomy to lead projects from ideation to deployment, collaborating across data engineering, product, and business teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and data-driven solutions to support business objectives.
- Work with Snowflake and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) to access, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets.
- Translate complex problems into actionable insights and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineers and DevOps to productionize models, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities, define KPIs, and provide analytical recommendations.
- Create clear documentation and visualizations to support decision-making and promote data adoption across the organization.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Applied ML, or Advanced Analytics roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data processing and model deployment.
- Solid foundation in statistics, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
- Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders, understand domain problems, and present solutions clearly.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data analysis, warehousing, or pipeline design.
- Experience in data pipeline orchestration and MLOps tools (e.g., Airflow, MLflow).
- Exposure to BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Prior experience in cross-functional projects involving data engineering, business, and product teams.
- Experience in finance, operations, or supply chain analytics is a plus.
