**Job Description
1. Manage & Coordinate all outsourcing activities within ASEA region in order to guarantee a high level of performance in quality, in customer services & in costs to markets
- To play the role of business interface for all the external manufacturers / CMO / CDMO
- Conduct periodic business reviews with key external manufacturers / CMO & local stake holders

2. Act as Industrial Affairs representative to the CHC GBU & Support local business on all development projects
- Act as a key member representing Industrial Affairs to the ASEA CHC GBU
- Early involvement in Business development activities wherever CMO is involved
- Assist in sourcing case process and to provide or compile any necessary information supporting the validation of sourcing strategy and respecting EM Global guidelines for new entrants for CMO
- Ensure EM participate in due diligence involving selection of new CMO and/or new product launches with existing CMO network in this region
- Close collaboration with procurement in negotiation of cogs provided by new or existing CMO depending on the scope of projects

3. Reinforce EM Industrial Fundamentals in Quality, Customer Services & HSE ensuring operational excellence
- Ensure Quality Compliance of the external manufacturers / CMO are within sanofi Quality standards (Periodic review, audits, quality agreements and market complaints)
- Ensure regulatory activities (CMC only) at CMO are in compliance with local & international regulatory requirements
- Monitor Supply chain Performance through internal and external KPIs (OOS and Customer Service level with suppliers) ensuring best in class services
- Ensure appropriate safety and environmental programs are in place and site practices in line with ethic and social responsible care of individuals at external manufacturers / CMO (periodic review & audits)

4. Participate to reduction of COGS and contract negotiation along with Procurement
- Identify potential savings to improve COGS leveraging performance initiatives (FIT4CMO/Campbell/strategic negotiations)
- Close monitoring of PPV and to understand & anticipate the level of risk & opportunity together with Procurement
- Change the trend of COGS evolution reaching IA internal performance

5. Oversees Financial and controlling processes and targets
- Insure Budget and LRP processes are applied properly
- Ensure correctness of data & review with the team (Supply chain on forecast, Quality on all associated cost, any other project cost required etc)
- Insure liaison with Procurement & Controlling to incorporate identified savings in LRP & budget proposals
- Provide monthly business review report to EM CHC AMEA & China region

6. Support region & global strategy and provide business market intelligence
- Fit with the strategic plan defined by EM CHC Global (notably in terms of CMO rationalization)
- Optimization of CMO network within the region

7. Provide strong leadership to the team (direct & indirect reports) covering different functions comprising Supply Chain, Quality & Compliance, Projects)
- To provide platform for team to actively develop self and team cohesiveness
- Training & coaching

**Knowledge And Skills**:

- Good leadership & Team member spirit
- Solid experience working with CMO
- Management of transversal relationships in an international environment
- Good knowledge of manufacturing, Supply chain, controlling, operational principles (Knowledge of basic quality & compliance is an added advantage)
- Management of outsourcing activities & negotiation skill (cogs & contract management)

**Formal Education And/Or Experience Required**:

- University Degree
- 15 years of working experience with at least more than 5 years in mid-senior managerial level
