We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated private markets specialist to join us as part of our APAC Private Markets solutions team. This is a highly visible role and you will be responsible for developing viable commercial solutions and proposals in the Private Market field across all STT client segments - Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Insurance, Official Institutions and Alternatives Managers. The ideal applicant will have an organized and creative mind-set (thought leader) that drives him or her to find innovative solutions and to drive business growth.

**What you will be responsible for**
As Private Market Solutions Managing Director, you will
- Research & Market Surveillance - We believe we have the best solutions. However, the market is constantly disrupted. We need you to ensure key competitor intelligence is constantly updated and emergent industry trends are captured where relevant. Our value proposition should evolve to remain relevant.
- Perform business cost analysis, strategy business case and risk analysis of large and complex deals.
- Partner with the Coverage team to develop a robust pipeline. Provide guidance and direction to the team to drive business development, including providing support in Request for Information / Proposals, ensuring quality work artefacts and participating in commercial negotiations.
- Lead the design and implementation of key metrics to drive the sustainable growth of the private markets business across all major segments within Asia Pacific.
- Provide any required post-sales guidance to support the smooth implementation of the proposed solution.
**What we value**

- Solid experience and track record in business development and management
- MBA is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and strong written and verbal communication
**Education & Preferred Qualifications**:
- At least 15years of accounting and/or financial service experience
- Strong knowledge of Private Markets requirements and operations
