**> THE OPPORTUNITY**
Lead a team of 5+ electronics engineers responsible for the full product lifecycle including product design, failure root cause analysis, components selection & qualification, production transfer support, engineering data management and documentation review.
**> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Strategize team development, communicate expectations, set goals, monitor and review performance.
- Perform daily team management - request prioritization, task delegation, progress monitor, stakeholder communication, problem solving, team motivation, etc.
- Liaise with various departments and stakeholders to create collaborative work relationships and solid rapports.
- Lead FMEA to identify critical and high-risk electronic design, plan and execute evaluation test and risk mitigation.
- Lead the development of electronics selection and qualification guidelines, standardize testing methods and test plates.
- Review products compliance to regulatory standards - energy efficiency, noises, safety, and material compliance.
- Standardize technical documentation with templates and improve engineering practices and processes.
- Review suppliers’ technical competency in support of supplier selection, evaluation and audit.
**> KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalents.
- **3+ years of experience in electronics product design with profound understanding of design lifecycle, engineering processes and methodologies.**:
- **7+ years of experience in electronics fields with good knowledge of switch mode power supply - topology, characterization, testing, simulation, safety regulations.**:
- Experience in project management and team collaboration.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, **proficient in both English and Chinese **.**:
- Experience in resource management - recruitment, organization, motivation and performance review.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 - Office tools, Teams, SharePoint is a strong plus.
- Result-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate for continuous improvements
- Good Technical writing capability and communication skills
