We are looking for someone with the strong ability to connect with clients, while understanding needs and providing solutions. The Account Manager is responsible for managing an account portfolio across all Magnite platforms, and is the go-to resource both internally and externally for all operational inquiries. In this role you optimize the buyers’ performance on Magnite platforms and identify, pitch, and execute client growth opportunities.
An Account Manager will develop an open line of contact with decision-makers and operate within tight deadlines. This position will play a central role in maximizing relationships with our key clients. You will be expected to be an expert in inventory and performance management and be responsible for advising their clients achieve their revenue goals.
As an Account Manager - Asia, You Will:
- Partner with Business Development lead in servicing key strategic accounts in the Vietnam & Asia region.
- Be responsible for relationship development with assigned publisher accounts, international and local and conducting quarterly business reviews.
- Enhance the experience of Magnite publishers by developing strong relationships, providing outstanding customer service and building a partnership with the client through the life-cycle of the account.
- Act as a consultant to publisher accounts to maximise their revenue generated from Magnite marketplace and platform.
- Train, educate and influence publishers to utilize Magnite Platform on self-service basis.
- Introduce new product features to existing publishers.
- Analyse daily traffic data within our marketplace and report discrepancies or opportunities.
- Work closely with the Demand Facilitation, and Demand Operation teams to ensure full and accurate delivery of ad campaigns.
- Be an active and positive presence within the Magnite Asia team
- 3-5 years of advertising technology and/or knowledge in RTB/PMP and ad Networks
- Knowledge of Header Bidding/ Wrapper & experience in various ad formats such as Video & Display
- Familiarity with ad servers such as GAM, Publica, Freewheel
- Sound understanding of the publisher landscape in Vietnam
- Experience in presenting to programmatic/analytics to middle and senior client personnel
- Detail-orientation with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making and manipulation of large data sets
- Knowledge in Tableau and SQL queries will be an advantage
- Vietnamese language is preferred for this role
