- Processing creditors invoices, payments and monitoring the creditors ledgers in Yardi for REIT Trust and its Singapore subsidiaries
- Preparation of Trustee Instructions for REIT payments, loan drawdown/repayment/roll-over, contracts and engagement letters, and any other matters requiring trustee sign-off

**Qualification**
- Bachelor of Accounting or Commerce or Certified Accountant
- Min 7 years of experience within similar industry
