An established local 3PL company who has global presence in South-East Asia countries in Malaysia and Thailand is recruiting for its home based logistics arms to serve its growing customer needs. We are a service provider for managing warehousing, delivery and assembly of home furniture. We are looking for like-minded staff who are keen to join and participate in the growth of its Singapore business.

**Customer Service Executive -$1800 to $2300**

**5 Days week / Attendance allowance / East location / Uniform provided**

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **Planner**
- Cleaning of Raw Data and send data
- Checking of final routing and reschedule
- Pushing of ePOD and M tracker
- Printing of FNs and Manifest and checking list and driver’s signature
- Sending of daily routing to subcons and response to any request/changes
- Liaise with TO on any discrepancy on routing and changes
- **CCC & CR**
- Handle all incoming calls from CCC/CR and give direct responses as required
- Raise issues and feedbacks to CCC/CR
- **Customer**
- Fulfil customers’ feedback, claims and delivery requirements
- Confirmation of delivery bookings and follow up with end customers is required occasionally
- **Monitoring job completion**
- Close monitoring the delivery status of the delivery teams through tracking system
- **Other**
- Covid-19 Safety Check calls

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,300.00 per month

- Weekend availability
