**Responsibilities**
- Provide and assist with administrative support in daily business and operations
- Co-ordinate and compile paperwork, documents and presentations slides
- Maintain proper filling for all important documents
- Outsourcing of new resources and ideas to carry out projects for the manager
- Spontaneously on the lookout for organisation expansion to support team building
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
- Assist company’s social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Data entry and administrative matters
- Assist with other HR & admin related duties as assigned by the manager
- Manage clientele accounts. schedule meetings and client appointments

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Excel, Words, and PowerPoints
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills and team player
- Proactive, committed, and self-motivated
- Ability to work with multi-tasks, and work effectively under deadlines

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,100.00 per month
