About our client

Client is a Leader in the Aviation Industry. The key functions of airport operations, air hub development, retail and commercial activities, infrastructure development and airport emergency services. Overtime they have launched various products to be abreast of the current trend and requirement in the loyalty scene. In addition to that, they have expanded their e-commerce platform to the public to enjoy tax free and the response has only been applauding. Their total brand and product count has reached from 1,800 to 24,000 respectively. Tax and duty absorbed shopping even when you’re not travelling is something we always continue to enjoy and please the customers.

**Responsibilities**:
Be responsible for the creation and further development of an E-commerce marketplace for based on SAP Commerce, Mirakl and microservices.

Work closely with Business Operations team to understand pressing issues, communicate and consult with them on technical solution and timeline

Provide high level estimation for new features - Facilitate technical meetings like technical grooming, estimations, planning etc.

Advise internal stakeholders on technical and engineering best practice and make recommendations for process improvements

Support in creation of technical specifications - Ensuring code quality, performance and security.

Fixing Production bugs with Short-term and/or permanent solutions.

You will have

Experience and ability to lead SAP Commerce team.

Ability to manager and consult business and stakeholders.

More than 6 years’ experience in developing E-commerce solutions based on SAP Commerce.

Excellent understanding of the base architecture and design patterns of SAP Commerce.

Experience in designing and implementing SAP commerce projects.

Good coding skills in Java, experience in Spring MVC and Spring Security.

Focus on software quality, SCA and tools like SonarQube.

Experience in software testing processes, methodologies and tools (e.g. Junit Mockito, Postman, Karate, etc.).

**Experience on the following SAP Commerce modules**: OCC, Order Management, SOLR, 3rd Party integrations, OCC.

Experience in Spring, TDD, design patterns, simple design, SOA.

Familiar in designing and implementing APIs and RESTful services.

Experience in working in a DevOps culture (e.g. CI/CD, Jenkins files, monitoring, etc.).

Familiar in designing and implementing APIs and RESTful services.
