**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities / Duties**:
- Liaise with outlets on payroll related matters etc
- Maintenance of staff records
- Checking on timesheets for attendance; verifying overtime
- Perform monthly payroll run on a timely and accurate basis
- Payroll reconciliation
- Handle payroll related enquiries
- Validate annual income submissions of employees to tax authorities and other statutory contributions
- Timely submission of CPF contribution, IR21
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required.
**Job Requirement**:
- Meticulous, detailed and good with numbers
- Proficient with MS Office Applications, especially Excel
- At least 1 year working experience in HR, preferably in Payroll
