Your challenge
Evaluate economic value of digital projects / programs throughout the organization
Ensure accuracy and standardization of value cases and validate hypothesis for digital Projects
Create strong partnerships and work closely with Finance and Controlling interfaces in the Business Units, Operations and Central functions.
Plan, forecast and track KPIs (e.g. Budget actuals vs. plan, value impact, NPV, ROI)
Create a method to quantify economic value of all projects. Implement efficient and standardized processes to easily track value creation over time.
Business partnering for Digital Transformation. Drive and challenge digital projects to ensure the overall target achievement
Support action field owners in the decision-making process for efficient resource allocation
Facilitate backlog prioritization in action fields and define a prioritization methodology for MANN+HUMMEL Digital Transformation Office
Provide information on program status and progress to various stakeholders
**Profile**:
**Education**: University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field
**Experience**: At least 3-5 years’ experience in Finance/ Controlling

**Required Skills**:
Knowledge of SAP FI, SAP BW, SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC) and competence in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
**Languages**: Good knowledge of English, written and spoken

**Competencies**:
Digital / technology / Data science affinity
High degree of analytical and conceptual skills
Commitment to start in the Headquarter in Ludwigsburg, Germany. A relocation to Singapore at a later time is possible.
