The **Membership Director - Enablement & Success**, based in Singapore, reports directly to the Senior Director, Membership within the Corporate Strategy Business Unit. This role involves extensive collaboration with leaders, employees in our organization and with Member Airlines. This strategic leader is responsible for the holistic membership relationship framework, ensuring long-term success and growth of our valued members. With a primary focus on the Asia-Pacific region, this role involves developing and executing comprehensive membership success strategies. You'll collaborate extensively with internal departments to drive member compliance and engagement with our organization. We're looking for a proactive, data-driven, and member-centric professional with a proven track record of fostering strong member relationships and achieving measurable results.

**Summary of the Opportunity**
- Develop and implement the overall vision and strategic plan for the Membership - Enablement & Success, aligning it with company objectives for retention, expansion, and member satisfaction, specifically considering the nuances of the Asia-Pacific market.
- Define and optimize the member lifecycle, driving programs and initiatives to improve engagement
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics for member success (Membership Compliance, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Product adoption).
- Attend and support regional and global meetings, when appropriate, coordinating regional activities with alliance strategies.
- Support members in the resolution of compliance gaps through structured follow-ups, guidance, and monitoring.
- Lead Quarterly Compliance Recovery actions and present quarterly reporting on regional progress, compliance issues, and opportunities for improvement.Conduct monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly/annual individual or regional Members calls to review meeting minutes, prepare for local meetings, and discuss local issues

**Your Profile**

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of airlines and airport operations.

- Good understanding of financial planning and budget techniques, including business case preparation.
- Experienced presenter/trainer in larger workshop environments.
- Knowledge of latest customer experience trends.
- Ability to foster a culture of excellence and ownership, cultivating passion and accountability.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with executives and boards.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to lead beyond direct reports and effectively influence colleagues across multiple levels, fostering alignment and engagement within geographically dispersed, multicultural teams.
- High level of proficiency in English is essential for communication with Star Alliance Member Airlines and other external stakeholders.
