Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
The Head of Segments is a vital position in M1’s Postpaid Marketing structure. The Head is responsible for the GTM and campaign planning of all marketing offers within the M1 Postpaid Consumer base. The Head is expected to jointly drive revenue, retention, engagement, and experience within the Customer Lifecycle Management framework.

Typically, a Segment Head supervises both campaign planning and GTM execution with a focus on direct-to-customer communication.

**KPIs**
- Segment Revenue achievement;
- Segment Retention and Re-Contract achievement;
- Segment NPS and Advocacy; and
- Segment Communications reach & conversion.

**Responsibilities**:

- To be responsible for delivering marketing campaigns targeted at Revenue Enhancement opportunities and towards achieving Segment Revenue targets;
- To evaluate key opportunities by Segment which will help enhance the segment’s customer-lifetime-value;
- To craft and go-to-market the device launch and promotional campaigns based on the device calendar from Device Management team;
- To direct the Segment team towards programs enhancing CLTV, including retention, upsell, cross-sell and upgrade;
- To continuously seek new opportunities to expand the digital services usage of the segment base;
- To seek and create insights of the base to enhance personalised targeting and offers;
- To continuously collaborate with Revenue, Retention and Acquisition SME’s in crafting Segment Specific offers to achieve mutual goals; and
- To ensure marketing programs are effective in reach and targeted conversions.

**Experience and Skills Required**
- At least 12 years’ experience in Marketing, Product Marketing or Segment Management;
- Supervisory experience;
- Previous experience in segmented campaigns will be an asset;
- Skills in crafting and managing Go-To-Market campaigns both above and below the line;
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing;
- Detail oriented and analytical;
- Must be able to communicate well with peers and management; and
- Collaborative nature.
