Temple cook Duties

Responsible for preparation of temple vegetarian food (prasathams, Temple staff lunch & etc)

cleaning of his workstation and taking all instructions from his Temple committee

Ensure that all food prepared and served is according to the temple standards
- Check the quality and quantity of food received from the direct-market, food storeroom and other sub-departments.
- Ensure that all machines, equipment, and utensils are clean and always in good working condition.

Cost control and menu costing

Cook & prepare all type of vegetarian food according to menu and for devoties
- Check all goods which are received from the store or supplier
- To supervise Kitchen Helper and cook
- To ensure that spoil or damaged serving utensil are not to put into use
- To ensure the kitchen area is dry and clean
- Works quickly and accurately during busy periods(weekends/Public Holidays/special occasions)

Temple Cleaner duties

The Cleaner will be responsible for the assigned cleaning jobs related to the day-to-day operations of the Temple.

**Responsibilities**:
To ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the Temple at all times (Vacuum and mop the temple compound)
- Wipe furniture and fittings at the Temple.

Cleaning of hall & other room

Ensure that the common space and dining area are clean for usage

Other temple pooja items must clean every day before pooja starts.
