**A. Job Purpose**

1. To assist and support CAL’s marketing and programmes activities.

**B. Key Responsibilities and Activities**
- Plans and executes diverse outreach activities, including meetings, presentations, awareness talks, and events, aimed at raising awareness and promoting CAL and its programs and services
- Collaborates closely with CAL staff, and relevant stakeholders to establish and nurture relationships with corporate partners, faith-based groups, and community organisations. Ensures the delivery of high-quality programmes and services to caregivers across diverse sectors
- Works in tandem with corporate partners, faith-based groups, and community organisations to coordinate and participate in events that not only raise awareness of CAL but also promote its programmes and services, addressing the specific needs of clients within these varied contexts
- Monitors and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of CAL’s involvement in outreach activities and events within corporate, faith-based, and community settings
- Conducts training (talks and workshops)
- Ensures all relevant outreach and event data are properly entered into CAL’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Undertakes any other administrative duties as and when directed

**Job Types**: Contract, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $750.00 - $800.00 per month
