**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented **Sales and Service Manager** to lead our company's sales efforts and drive customer growth. This role is responsible for overseeing all sales operations, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet individual and group performance goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Oversee the customer service function to ensure timely and effective support
- Address customer feedback, resolve complaints, and improve overall customer experience
- Provide regular sales reports and performance insights to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support business growth
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $3,033.02 - $9,763.39 per month
