Research, study and analyze the Singapore industry market trends and benchmarking against peers.
- Oversee employee training, learning and development programs, including identifying training needs, selecting training methods, and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Manage overseas branch office manpower and headcount.
- Leads and execute the full spectrum of recruitment, talent acquisition end to end process from sourcing up to onboarding.
- Manage and develop employee benefit programs: group insurance for employees’ contract; etc.
- Collaborate and work closely with HQ Human Resources & General Affairs (HR & GA) Team.
- Be the key communication PIC in all HR & GA matters
- Participate and plan for internal/external events such as job fair, workshop; etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum BA or equivalent
- Have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a relevant role.

**Requirement**:

- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Possess excellent work ethics when handling confidential and sensitive data.
- Meticulous and organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
