**Your role**
- We’re looking for a Data Specialist to:
- develop into and act as an SME in the collection, preservation, and transfer of electronically stored structured and unstructured information (ESI) such as electronic communications, voice and other structured data types according to defined processes
- be a Strong Team Player to work on Data Collection and Preservation requests using defensible procedures
- be an advocate for the end-to-end service delivery of requests

- You will be working in the eDiscovery area of Group Investigations in Singapore as a Data specialist. eDiscovery is a specialized unit supporting complex litigation, investigations, and regulatory inquiries by collecting, preserving, and processing electronically stored information. As an eDiscovery Data specialist, you will not only be responsible for the defensible Collection and Preservation of electronically stored information, providing Data Source analysis & retrieval support; you will also be a key contributor in driving service improvement initiatives within a global team.

**Your expertise**
- Your expertise- you are analytical, quality focused, motivated, and collaborative with strong written and verbal communication skills - most of all you have and are willing to develop a growth and agile mindset
- you may have 1 - 2 years of professional experience in relevant areas (example: Data collection, Management and Production) or in a similar area and can quickly learn concepts in practice areas such as chain of custody, Information Governance, Data Privacy, Information Security, IT and Compliance with the interest and willingness to become a Subject Matter Expert in eDiscovery
- you are service-oriented and a proactive team player that can perform in an agile environment ; scrum master certification is desirable but not essential; familiarity with agile tools like JIRA is a plus
- you are proficient in written & spoken English. Competency in another language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese or others) is an advantage.
- you may have some experience using JIRA, Tableau or Alteryx, a plus but not essential
