- Collaborate with the IT/Building Infrastructure Manager to handle all aspects of the Company's Information Technology needs.
- Support the IT/Building Infrastructure Manager in facilities management.
- Address IT helpdesk inquiries and fulfill technology requirements.
- Configure software, manage access rights, and ensure data backups.
- Supervise the management of IT inventory.
- Assist service and support teams as well as product development by addressing IT-related inquiries related to external networks.
- Maintain an inventory of internal licenses and ensure compliance.
- Assist the IT Manager in exploring the cloud migration process.
- Occasionally work on weekends for maintenance purposes, if required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
