**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Logistics Executive with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. This role is perfect for an experienced professional skilled in freight booking, forwarder management, and optimizing end-to-end logistics operations. As a Senior Logistics Executive, you will oversee and coordinate logistics activities, ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain operations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Freight Booking & Forwarder Management**: Lead the freight booking process for both air and sea shipments. Manage relationships with freight forwarders to secure cost-effective, timely transportation. Negotiate better freight rates, explore new routes and forwarders, and optimize shipping routes for operational efficiency.
- **End-to-End Logistics Operations**: Oversee the entire logistics function, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution. Ensure smooth and efficient operations with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data visualization) to maintain and analyze logistics data. Provide actionable insights to drive operational decisions and improve logistics processes.
- **Inventory & Supply Chain Management**: Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure optimal stock. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to streamline inventory management and ensure timely replenishment.
- **Shipment Coordination**: Oversee the coordination and tracking of shipments, ensuring they are delivered as per schedule. Address issues related to carriers, vendors, and delivery delays, while ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and accuracy in all shipping documentation.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure that international shipments comply with all customs regulations. Oversee import/export activities, ensuring complete and accurate documentation to avoid delays or penalties.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within logistics and supply chain functions. Recommend and implement data-driven solutions to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- **Performance Metrics & Reporting**: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of logistics dashboards and KPIs. Ensure logistics performance aligns with company goals and strategic objectives.
- **Team Leadership & Supervision**: Lead, mentor, and guide junior logistics team members. Supervise warehouse operations under Nick's guidance, ensuring optimal team performance and operational success.
- **Stakeholder Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, manufacturers, and freight forwarders. Foster clear and transparent communication to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- **Industry Best Practices**: Stay current with logistics trends, technological advancements, and best practices in supply chain management. Continuously evaluate and implement innovative strategies to drive operational excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**: College Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing complex logistics operations, especially in freight booking and forwarder management.
- **Technical Skills**: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data analysis, and visualization) are essential. Experience with logistics and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Warehouse Management Systems) is preferred.
