Singapore TIME ACCESS INTERNATIONAL Full time

Time Access International is the leading company in time attendance hardware and software for the last 28 years and has developed our own digital HR product. The product that Singapore and our clients are highly anticipating for, is the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) which has been in development for the last 1.5 years.

The HRMS consists of the standard modules

All companies in every industry from startups, SMEs and MNCs will need to have this integrated solution in their company. Our strengths lie in the massive customer database that we have in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

We are looking for business development personnel that has a strong foundation in sales and has an interest in the HRMS and Security for hardware and software sales, and who are keen to be core members of our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
- Bring in sales for company products and services.
- Create new resellers, tap on existing distribution networks
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
- Assist clients with the government grants with the sale is made

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma and above
- Minimum 1-2 years of Sales experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Fast learner and quick thinker, highly independent and resourceful
- Passionate about sales
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Possess good communication, marketing, and negotiation skills
- Experience in the HRMS industry or in Systems Integrations is a bonus
