Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and executing sports activities.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote the sports activities.
- Propose new activities for the section/department.
- Manage the day-to-day administration and operations of sports facilities.
- Attending to Members enquiries on programmes and activities.
- Responsible for monthly billing incurred by Members for activities.
- Provide secretarial/administrative support to the relevant Standing and Sub-committees.
Requirement
- Min. Diploma in Events Management or Lifestyle/Sports related discipline
- 2 years’ of relevant working experience
- Strong leadership skills and able to work independently
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good writing & marketing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
