Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Food Services Shared Service (FSSS), you will transform SingHealth’s FSSS operations with the new diet ordering system by defragmenting the different IT systems used by the cluster to adopt a common system for end-to-end Food Services operations ranging from patients’ diet ordering, inventory management and feedback collection. This includes reviewing and providing recommendations for the model of the FSSS and harmonising the therapeutic diet across the kitchens for the hospitals. You will also work with different stakeholders such as Clinical Dietitians and Food Service staff to realise objectives, meet timelines, partake in the procurement process of the new system and review the trends and technologies in Food Services operations.**Auto req ID**

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline such as Nutrition & Dietetics and Business Information System with at least 15 years of relevant working experience
- Certification in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous
- Good knowledge of regulatory standards
- Possess strong leadership and people management skills
- Possess excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good grasp of technology trends in Food Services
- Independent team player and forward thinking with strong analytical and organisation skills
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
