**Job Summary**

As a Moynat brand ambassador, your mission will be willing to provide a delightful consumer experience and to treat our customers as guests. You will be the “face” of our Maison.

**Job responsibilities**:
Brand Ambassador
- Excite and install passion and pride for the brand
- Embody the brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of the brand DNA
- Lead by example and demonstrate role model behaviour that is always representative of the brand adhering to the dress codes and appearance guidelines
- Reflect the visual merchandising guidelines promoting the brand image
- Improve customer service standards in store to ensure the best client journey

Sales/ Business Monitoring
- Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable in the environment and educate them about the brand
- Build and maintain a relationship with them
- Introduce additional complementary products targeted to your client and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets
- Process the sale in a confident and professional manner
- Gather the client’s CRM details to enlarge your client book
- Drive your product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trends
- Update yourself on all product lines through research
- Ensure all Company policies and procedures are attended
- Support control and management of stock

**Profile**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment
- Passion for fashion and sales
- A dedication to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client’s needs and experience
- Excellent personal presentation - a Moynat Brand Ambassador
- Understanding of Retail critical metricsA proficient level in English is essential and additional languages are an advantage**_MOYNAT _**
**MAISON***:

- Amongst all the wondrous characteristics of the Parisian leather goods Maison founded in Paris in 1849 lies this one extraordinary fact: its name belongs to Pauline Moynat, the first and only woman to bring feminine flair to the male-dominated metier of luxury trunk-making.
Historically, the Maison’s renaissance began parallel to the industrial boom with the invention of stylish travel trunks that redefined the art of traveling. From its 1873 English Trunk to the archetypal 1902 Limousine Trunk, which was customizable to cars’ bodies, Moynat’s close link to automobiles was only matched by the inspiration it drew from Belle Époque Paris and the creative world around it.
Two centuries later, Moynat continues its pioneering spirit. Through the mastery of traditional haute maroquinerie and innovative techniques, modern pieces are finished with exacting detail and uncompromising savoir-faire.
