The purpose of this role is to directly manage and develop the client accounts for Paid Social campaigns and to oversee the implementation of new accounts
**Job Title**:
Associate Performance Activation Manager/ Manager
**Client responsibility**:
- Develop positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the objectives of the client’s business and the goals of the client.
- Adopt a solution focused mindset - proactively address issues on both the client and iProspect end to improve business performance. The ability to have difficult conversations with clients is an imperative.
- Fully understand client business objectives / communication objectives and ensure these are translated into meaningful platform strategies and executed faultlessly.
- Attend and represent the team at important external and internal client meetings, including senior management status meetings, briefing sessions, campaign reviews, QBRs etc.
- Help to educate clients on digital strategies and tactics; engage clients in the world of digital communications by demonstrating its direct response, creative and brand building abilities.
- Be a trusted, knowledgeable source of information and developments in digital marketing.
**Team & Workload management**:
- Effective management of client expectations is essential; support your teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all aspects of campaign management, identifying improvements to ways of working where required.
- Ensure you and your team are closely following defined processes to deliver campaigns efficiently and effectively.
- Be responsible for the development of executive(s) within your team, including the setting of personal objectives and performance reviews.
- Develop the skills and knowledge of the Account Analyst / Executive through mentoring, supervision and providing continual feedback on performance.
- Delegate the appropriate tasks and the appropriate amount of tasks to ensure an acceptable workload
- Identify opportunities for Account Analyst/ Executive to take ownership of tasks or projects - under your supervision - to aid in her/his development; give adequate room for them to grow within their roles and eventually beyond
**Product Development & New Business**:
- Keep abreast of the iProspect product suite, and OpCo product suite, and identify cross sell / up sell opportunities within your client base. Proactively discuss these opportunities with your director and / or managing director.
- Leverage relationships with media partners to identify innovative solutions to client challenges, with the focus on creating case studies and award entries
- Work closely with the Managing Director and New business lead to deliver new business RFPs and pitches as required
