- Supporting all efforts to communicate the changes, along with the ways to reduce their impact on employees.
- Designing & execution of change communication plan.
- Conducting stakeholder mapping & tracking engagement.
- Conducting a capability development assessment to identify functional needs while supporting in talent pooling activities.
- Support in Individual consultation process & talent assessment.
- Preparation of relevant materials for stakeholders’ information & engagement.
- Develop knowledge transfer plans inline with central guidelines and customize requirements accordingly for regional context.
- Support regional roll out of knowledge transfer & future ways of working.
- Conducting the change impact analysis for region, consolidating, and analysing outputs, tailoring, and implementing change management plans to address identified change hotspots and come up with mitigation actions.
- Identifying any internal or external resistance to proposed changes and managing it accordingly.
- Creating relevant metrics to measure the success of implemented change.
