Ocean Infinity is seeking an Operations Business Partner to support the group leadership and to coordinate all internal projects and drive them to unilateral success by coordinating and communicating between key project owners You will also work closely with the COO in the work with scaling the business in APAC_._
**Description and Main Purpose of the Job**
**What will you do**:
- Identify, design and execute on strategies to improve performance and efficiency in the operations team;
- Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements and system customizations;
- Provide input to budget and financial planning and forecasting;
- Monitor and gather data in terms of operational performance and other measure points for the business;
- Prepare comprehensive and crisp presentations, particularly for important communications to Boards, Town Hall meetings or critical clients or stakeholders;
- Act as the glue between internal projects and ensure they are aligned and strives towards one and the same vision;
- Constantly analyse and present data and performance in order to find more efficient ways of working;
- Challenge and question routines and processes in order to achieve improvements and strive towards the better for the business.
**Who you are**:
- Bachelor´s degree required;
- 3+ years in a management consulting or business operations role;
- Strong analytical skills will be highly valued;
- Demonstrative executive presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation;
- Self-starter with the ability to function independently and in a timely manner;
- Strong understanding of quality management such as standards, regulations and applicable policies and procedures;
- Thoughtful, thorough and conscientious;
- Interested in others and strives to act in the best interests of the team;
- Ability to take ownership and engagement in the work;
- Integrity, credibility and maturity for confidential issues;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy;
- Ability to work as a trusted advisor with senior stakeholders;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Driven, proactive and able to work autonomously with little supervision towards the company's purpose;
- Critical thinking and ability to show initiative;
- Open and receptive to new and different ideas;
- Ability to work well in a team and independently;
- Enthusiastic about protecting people and the planet.
**Desirable**:
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
