**PRODUCT SPECIALIST
European UK company looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven product specialist to join our Far East Spore branch’s team. Responsibilities include conducting market research and analysing trends, presentation of products to architects, designers, end users, gathering feedback, and offering recommendations to the architects, designers & end users.Products such as You may also be tasked with facilitating training sessions & product presentations, as well as assisting with new product launches both locally and/or overseas.

To be successful as a product specialist, you must have a passion for the products you work with and keep expanding product knowledge. Outstanding product specialists should have a keen eye for spotting market trends or from competitors, a willingness to learn more and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

**Product Specialist Responsibilities:
- MANUFACTURE OF RUBBER FLOORINGS, Carpets, Barrier Matting, Wall Protection and LED lighting systems & comprehensive range of stair edging and floor trim profiles- Answering all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
- Attending workshops and refresher courses in sales and marketing if need arises.
- Planning and assisting with new product releases and events both locally and overseas if need arises.
- Assisting with the development of business plans on monthly basis.
- Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required both locally and overseas if need arises.
- Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager.
- Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.

**Product Specialist Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates with degree or diploma or person with some working experience if without poly or university qualifications may also apply.
- Some experience in retail, sales, or customer service would be advantageous.
- Ability to memorize details like product specifications. (Product training will be provided.)
- Ability to prepare sales quotations and activities reports.
- Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.
- Deadline-driven, and willing to work after hours if need arises to complete task.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills, as well as great telephone etiquette.
- A strong growth mindset.
