**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters
- Understand clients’ business goals and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction through regular communication and updates
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to clients
- Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure client retention
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to clients in both Mandarin and English
- Monitor account performance and adjust strategies to meet client objectives
- Maintain detailed records of client communications, project progress, and deliverables
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide relevant insights to clients

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) with excellent English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
