**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Fulfil the functions expected of a member of the international ‘Senior Management Team’
- Develop local corporate strategy in conjunction with the senior management team of trading Corporation,
- Develop local and international business opportunities consistent with strategy
- Perform the duties which may from time to time properly assign in the capacity as company Director in connection with the management of the local business overall and the global Operations team, in connection with the business
- Strategic management and direction of operations team
- Provide leadership and direction to the management of all trading operational issues which may arise
- Execute and negotiate all contracts with third-party technical managers
- Manage all trading placements and oversight thereof
- Full responsibility for management of operational costs of the including capital upgrades and strategy development
- Lead the organisation wide focus in relation to the development of strategy and action plans related to the business’
- Provide sale and purchase activity guidance for trading
- Maintain relationships with regional and in the event of future programs, oversee and delivery functions
- Able to monitor stocks and make appropriate orders within budget

**Requirements**:

- 25 plus years at Senior VP level in Operations, with a proven track record in the product and/or trading sector
- Previous experience as a company director demonstrating a solid understanding of the duties and responsibilities
- Significant experience in the development and implementation of company strategy
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with experience representing at industry events
- A deep knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework with specific reference to the industry focus on Greenhouse gas reduction
- A history of active industry representation on Advisory Boards, committees, and forums
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional presentation and reporting skills
- Able to work on Sunday & Public Holiday if needed.
