We are currently recruiting an Assistant Centre Manager for our MindSpace centre located at Sembawang Shopping Centre. You will be given the opportunity to grow together with the business and be rewarded commensurately for your efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing the centre's daily operations
- Handle administrative matters for the centre, such as collection of school fees, preparation of paperwork, filing and record-keeping etc
- Prepare centre and financial reports
- Assist with enquiries and centre visits for parents who are interested in the centre’s programmes
- Conduct daily health checks for students upon arrival
- Maintain good relationships with parents and students
- Manage centre supplies such as merchandise and stationery
- Ensure safety and well-being of students in the Centre
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Centre Director
**Job Requisites**:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience in an education centre environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); other software skills such as Adobe PhotoShop are a plus
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well in a team
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Proactive, organised and responsible
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
