**About the Role**

We're looking for an experienced and strategic SEO & Content Lead to partner with the founder in defining our service delivery and driving client success. This is a role with a significant hands-on component, perfect for someone who loves to build strategy, own outcomes, and roll up their sleeves.

You will **own the end-to-end success of a portfolio of clients**, acting as their trusted SEO advisor. Beyond execution, you will be responsible for building and refining our operational processes, ensuring we can deliver exceptional value as we scale. Your long-term focus will be on building capabilities to manage more clients and helping to productize our services.

**What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)**
- **Client Strategy & Ownership**:Develop, own, and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for a portfolio of key accounts, from competitor research and content planning to performance analysis and strategic pivots.
- **Process Optimization & Scalability**:Proactively identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in our content and SEO workflow. Design, document, and implement streamlined processes to increase our capacity and value delivery.
- **Advanced SEO & Content Execution**:Oversee all operational aspects of client delivery, including keyword research, content briefs, on-page optimization, technical monitoring, and reporting.
- **Customer Success & Strategic Advising**:Serve as the primary strategic partner for our clients. Translate performance data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations, ensuring we consistently exceed client expectations and goals.
- **Productization & Service Development**:Collaborate with the founder to identify opportunities to productize our services, contributing to the development of new offerings and revenue streams.

**What We're Looking For (Requirements)**
- 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of achieving significant organic growth for clients or an in-house brand.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in all facets of SEO, including keyword strategy, technical SEO, content optimization, and performance analytics.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and acting as a primary strategic advisor. You can explain complex SEO concepts in simple, business-relevant terms.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business goals into a tactical, executable SEO plan.
- Proficiency with key SEO and analytics tools (Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics are essential).
- A "builder" mindset with experience in creating or refining processes to improve efficiency and scale.
- Experience in a B2B, agency, or multi-client environment is highly preferred.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to augment SEO and content workflows.
- Experience in graphic designs.
- Experience with programmatic SEO initiatives.
- Experience with coding languages like Typescript & React
