**Your new job**:SEO Specialist | Optimization | SEO | Search Engine**:
Your responsibilities cover:

- Assist and report to the SEO Manager
- Brainstorm & implement strategies to improve organic rankings and search traffic
- Explore, & update content strategy
- Monitor, track, & analyze ranking performance on an ongoing basis
- Manage & report SEO performance and optimization
- Provide SEO analysis & recommendations on the structure of websites and web pages
- Coordinate with the team to develop & execute site migration, content, & redirect strategies for large and complex websites
- Collaborate with different teams, such as website management, content, UI design, & digital marketing team on the execution of projects
- Support Sales team in SEO pre-sales pitch with prospecting clients to explain SEO campaign strategies

**What do we need from you?**:
As the new SEO Specialist, we need you to have:

- At least **2- 3+ years experience** in hands-on SEO - technical & content
- Experienced in **creating strategies & being able to resolve** SEO issues - both On-Page & Off-Page
- Able to conduct in-depth **competitor analysis as well as keyword analysis**:

- Can conduct **A/B testing**:

- Adept with Google Analytics, Google Search Console tools, Screaming Frog, SEMRush,& Ahrefs
- Has prior success in working with multiple complicated sites & migration of sites
- Experienced in setting up, optimizing, & creating internal site search strategy
- Understands **HTML and CSS**

- Previous experience with multiple clients in various industries
- Experience in handling clients within the e-commerce field
- Excellent communication skills to explain tactics coherently
- Adept with Google Analytics, Google Search Console tools, Screaming Frog, SEMRush,& Ahrefs
