**Team Introduction**:
Finance BP - Global Business Solution & Zero is a sub-department of Finance. The department aims to provide financial advice to the business team and improving business efficiency. TikTok is seeking a finance business partner that will support our global monetization business. The new hire will be in charge of performing management reporting and rolling forecast, providing financial advice to the business team and improving business efficiency, among other responsibilities. This will be a high visibility role as you will support multiple international initiatives and senior leadership.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Review and analyse actual data to provide insights to the finance team based in APAC and HQ in China.
2. Support on close procedures, including validation of accruals and amortization of expenses.
3. Prepare managerial financial reports and budget tracking, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis.
4. Conduct budget control, reviewing purchase requisitions for appropriateness and alignment with business needs.
5. Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree is required, CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
2. 3-6 years of FP&A, corporate finance or related analytical experience. High growth tech start-up experience, public accounting firm, or advertising experience preferred.
3. Experience in supporting APAC regional teams preferred.
4. Experience with XFN stakeholder management.

**5. Soft skills**: great communication skills, strong logical reasoning, team player, self-motivated, critical thinker, agile and resilient.

**6. Hard skills**: data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis; Advanced in excel, word, PPT, etc.
