**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualifications of 'N' Levels & above.
- Must be able to converse and write in English fluently
- Proactive, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest and curiosity to know how to make things better
- Keen sense in fashion/e-commerce industry
- Good communication and has an outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
- Possess intermediate photography and videography skills
- Has a keen eye for detail and must be resilient
- Office Location: Bukit Merah (Central) & ION Orchard/Plaza Singapura

Job Scope:

- Handle the operations & marketing aspect of the store
- Develop a logistic operational workflow to enhance stores’ efficiency
- Assist in planning, organisation and execution of new initiatives, operational procedures, and inventory stock take
- Promote service innovation initiatives
- Develop content creation for store
- Ensure that operational issues/information are promptly and accurately delivered
- Conceptualises the visual merchandising plans and oversees the set-up of merchandise displays in all stores
- Installs eye-catching product displays, store layouts and designs to enhance the aesthetic appeal of window displays, counters and in-store displays
- Analyze product and sales movement in store
- Study shoppers’ profiles and study the flow of customers to improve consumers’ shopping experience
- Work closely with retail team

- Our SuperGurl HQ office is located within **Bukit Merah**.
- Our office opens from **Monday to Fridays, 9.30am to 6.30pm** unless otherwise stated.
