In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our IT infrastructure and assisting the IT team with various tasks. You will work closely with the IT manager (or GM, if applicable) to ensure our technology runs smoothly and provides efficient support to all users.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide first-line technical support to users, resolving common issues and escalating complex problems as needed.
- Assist with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Learn and adhere to established IT policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the IT Helpdesk by assisting with user inquiries and ticket management.

**Qualifications**
