Assistant/Deputy Manager (Business Development Consultant)
[What you will be working on]
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Responsibilities**:
- Research and analyze the Singapore I&C CET landscape, identifying emerging trends with focus in the I&C sector, opportunities, and potential partnerships.
- Develop a comprehensive business development strategy for the I&C CET sector, including market penetration plans, revenue forecasts, and target client profiles.
- Build and maintain a network of strategic partnerships with government agencies, training providers, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, presenting tailored IT solutions and services to address their specific needs and requirements.
- Ensure a strong pipeline and meet targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as marketing team and schools, to ensure alignment of strategies and effective execution of business development plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes impacting the I&C CET landscape, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and seminars, actively promoting our solutions and services to a wide range of audiences.
- Monitor competitors' activities and market developments, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
[What we are looking for]
- General discipline, preferably with at least at least 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales and B2C sales as well as business development.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting roles within the ICT education industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the I&C CET education landscape in Singapore, including relevant regulations and funding schemes.
- Must be self-motivated and is a good team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Service quality mind-set with strong verbal and written communication skill
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with proficiency in market research and data analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
