**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manages and leads a team of Engineering Assistants / Technicians.
- Motivates team members and assesses performance.
- Provide newly joined employees on test training.
- Participle internal improvement projects and various training.
- Conduct investigation related to Test issues.
- Team administrative task.
- Perform testing and commissioning of complex servers and storage products
- Perform quality assurance and risk assessments of end products
- Handle re-configurations in accordance to customer’s specifications
- Software loadings
- Basic knowledge of servers and able to handle failure analysis (FA).
- Able to identify various error codes for individual failed server given by the diagnostic program
- UNIX and hardware based troubleshoot and rework on the failed server unit.
- Assists Engineers for pilot Run orders and other product related issues
- Keeping Engineers well informed of the found discrepancies on the line.
- Daily updates of the orders on the line, generating daily, weekly and monthly reports and keeping the line well maintained and organized.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Preferably a Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / IT / Mechatronics disciplines
- 5 years of test related working experience
- Possesses Leadership Skills, Self-Motivation, Strong Relationship Building
- Willing to learn and able to pick up skills quickly
- Willing to commit to overtimes
