**Job Description**:
Be part of e2i OD team to attract, develop and retain staff. As the OD Business Partner, you will partner with the business group to provide HR guidance and support. Your role will involve aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, driving organisation effectiveness and fostering a positive and productive work culture. You will also develop and drive talent acquisition strategies.

Your key responsibility will include but not limited to:
**OD Business Partner**
- Partner with the business group to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR advice and solutions to support their objectives.
- Handle the talent acquisition, onboarding new hires, learning & development, employee engagement matters, staff welfare and benefits matters.
- You will be the go-to person for HR-related enquiries by the employees.

**Talent Acquisition**
- Formulate and implement recruitment strategies to meet manpower needs.
- Create a seamless interview experience for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify suitable recruitment channels to source potential talents.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and communicate effectively across different levels and groups.
- Self-starter, proactive and a team-player
- Ability to work with ambiguity
- Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to deliver under tight timelines
- Good communication and written skills
- Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
