**Role Description:
We are searching for a highly-creative digital marketing & business adminstrative manager. In this position, the trainee will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing & adminstrative operations. The trainee central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness and also ensuring all adminstrative part are done up well for a smoother flow of operation in our company.

**Specific Responsibilities:
**1. Trainee would be able to contact supplier and send reminder for proper invoicing. Trainee would be able to ensure that suppliers are informed of any changes to service agreements and payment options. Trainee would be able to assist and prepare all financial data and reports. 2. Trainee would be able to process receipts, sales invoices and payments using excel/ Google Drive and to present them to director when needed to. Trainee would also be able to maintain petty cash, reimbursements using spreadsheets. Trainee would be able to maintain all files and invoices and prepare records of minutes of meeting. 3. Trainee would be able to ensure all invoices are supported with appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment and also manage payment posting process including verifying error and performing resolution. Trainee would be able to organize suppliers contracts and evaluate all agreements and invoices. 4. Trainee would be able to ensure timely and accurate posting and coding of invoices. Trainee would also be to prepare bank reconciliation monthly, and also perform month-end closing activities. Trainee would be able to prepare reports of payrolls on monthly and fortnightly basis. Trainee would be able to update the management on any financial discrepancies found during tax filing or invoicing duties.

5. Trainee would be able to contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies. Trainee would be able to help detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each of our marketing services being offered.

6. Trainee would be able to keep informed of current marketing strategies and trends so that he will be able to propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications during the monthly meeting. 7. Trainee would be able to plan and execute all digital marketing plans on social media platforms and website. Trainee would also be able to design, build and maintain a positive, strong and growing social media presence. Trainee would be able to develop sales strategies and approaches for various services, such as special promotions.
