**Mission**

To accurately diagnose and properly repair machines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability while providing comprehensive training to customers on how to operate the machines effectively.

**Outcomes**
- **Accurate Diagnosis and Repair**: Efficiently diagnose and repair machines to ensure they are returned to optimal performance, reducing downtime and increasing customer satisfaction.
- **Inspection and Verification**: Thoroughly inspect and verify all incoming machines or tools (new/ repaired) to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- **Customer Training**: Successfully conduct product training sessions for customers, ensuring they are proficient in operating and maintaining the machines.
- **Technical Support**: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, resolving product-related issues and enhancing their overall experience.
- **Warehouse Efficiency**: Contribute to efficient warehouse operations by assisting in packing, issuing goods, and maintaining accurate inventory and stock records.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all service and repair activities meet the company’s quality standards, which will reduce repeat issues and warranty claims.
- **Goods Delivery Management**: Efficiently manage the delivery of machines and other goods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

**Competencies**
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong knowledge and skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining machines and equipment, particularly in the fields of Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to accurately diagnose and efficiently resolve technical issues, providing effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to conduct training and offer technical advice clearly and effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in inspecting, checking, and verifying incoming machines or tools, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- **Team Collaboration**: Works well within a team, displays a positive attitude, and contributes to a collaborative work environment.
- **Proficiency in MS Office**: Competent in using MS Office programs for reporting and documentation purposes.
- **Driving License**: Possessing a Class 2/3/4 driving license is an added advantage for mobility and efficiency in service delivery.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,700.00 per month
